NOrthern MICHIGAN weddings

We tell your love story through flowers by blending artistic passion with a deep love for Northern Michigan’s changing seasons. From the initial sketch to the final petal, our process is built on transparency and a quiet attention to detail.

At Fresh Cut Design, we use our local knowledge of the region’s venues to ensure your designs look both beautiful and effortless by the time of guests arrival. Your peace of mind is our priority, so you can relax knowing your wedding flowers are in expert hands.

We are equally proud to create breathtaking moments that are kind to the lakeshore. By prioritizing locally grown blooms, reducing floral foam, and rehoming or composting flowers after the event, we aim to deliver designs that are sustainable and beautiful.

After a decade of experience in luxury and retail floristry, Fresh Cut Design was founded to get back to what matters: the art of floral design and the peace of mind of my clients.

Mindful Design

After your event, your flowers may be delivered or donated to a place of your choosing. All remaining stems are responsibly composted.

Working with Cristi to design my wedding flowers was truly one of my favorite parts of my wedding. Cristi has an eye for design, that combined with the ability to understand what her clients envision, makes those visions come to life.

She really transformed our event space to look better than I could have ever imagined. I could sing her praises all day.

Cristi was wonderful to work with! We had a small backyard wedding and Cristi understood our floral desires completely. She was the most communicative vendor we worked with, and we appreciated all the effort she put in to make sure we were on the same page throughout the process.

My bouquet was perfect, and hit all of the elements I was looking for. We also loved her flexibility with different arrays of options. Thank you for making our wedding day more beautiful than imagined!
